As much as I despise cheap, fast fashion I do love the ever so often cheap find, especially ones I know I'll wear season after season, like this lil'peplum top above. Tobi.com offers 30% off all new arrival items but do note you get what you pay for. Although this peplum pleased me I've also been let down, and they do not provide free returns.
