Seattles Arctic Club.I found these adorable black polka-dot pants at Anthropologie months ago and have been dying to wear them somewhere. Day drinking in Seattle with my girls Leann and Brit, I dragged them shopping until I found a top to finish the pants off with. This little floral number is from American Apparel. It's even better with a pair of jeans.
